Damage/ loss/ shortage
Product packaging is done with care to insure that your order is received in good condition. For shipment via UPS or common carries, please note the discrepancy, damage, Etc, on freight bill and immediately file the proper claim with the delivering carrier. Damage and shortage of package is the responsibility of the delivering carrier.
